2 Lime Tree Cottages is a 4 bed, 2 bathroom cottage built around 1880 and was formally an estate worker’s cottage on the Denbies Estate.
Upstairs there are 4 double bedrooms, 2 with king size beds, 1 with a double bed and 1 with two single beds. All with Hypnos/ Feather & Black mattresses and 100% linen bedlinen.
It has free Wifi, 2 TVs and Netflix. Sonos speaker, central heating and log burning stove.
The large garden includes comfortable seating areas with panoramic views and fenced nature pond with water lilies.
There is gated off road parking in the drive for 3 vehicles. Garage storage for bikes by prior arrangement.
A subtle palette of soft greys and off whites are used throughout the cottage, creating a restful atmosphere.
Shaker style kitchen, granite worktops with induction hob, built in cooker, dish washer and wide stylish fridge freezer.
Boot room with a French country feel, boulangerie tiles and coat stand. Microwave, Nespresso machine, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, towels, linen and logs for colder months provided.
